Catering Meeting with Bob on Wednesday

We are meeting with Bob on Wednesday at the Court in the Square! We are trying to come prepared with as many ideas as possible, so that Bob can then figure out what we can do within our budget. We also need to nail down some scheduling questions, like when we can set up, etc.

We are going to pitch him our "Seattle Themed Food Stations" idea and see how it goes. We've been brainstorming a list of possible options that could be Seattle-themed, cocktailish, and not too much prep ($).
