Seattle Themed Food Stations?

Tara and I just got back from a TCI Social Studies conference in San Francisco. One of our favorite events was the "Casino Night" at the hotel ballroom. The food was SF themed, with a Chinatown station (fried rice, sushi, potstickers), the wharf (crab, shrimp, chowder in a mini breadbowl!), and Ghiradelli Square (delicious desserts!).
Could we create the same thing with Seattle-themed food?

We could have the international district with sushi, etc.

We could have a pike place market area with veggie trays, and maybe fish, etc (Jason would rather not have fish at all at the wedding, but can you have a seattle themed menu without salmon?)

Jason's other suggestions were hot dog row (Johjima Dogs), or a Pioneer Square section with hot dogs with cream cheese. :)

yeah, it'd be hard to do any seattle-themed food without salmon or some sort of seafood... you could do international district with sushi and even a separate china town with like spring rolls or something... and then you could have a u-district table. with earl's drinks.
