These little guys are cute if you want to decorate tables with votives like Rachel did at her reception! They could be decorated with tissue paper and/or ribbon way ahead of time!
"For a soft glow, use pinking shears to cut strips of paper long enough to fit around the outside of thick glass votives, then attach the paper with double-sided tape. Choose shades of the same color for a sophisticated, minimalist look. Line the candles down the center of the table as a runner, or place them in groups on a mantel or shelves throughout the room."
